WELCOME BACK TO THE AMITY AC POOL!
Amity AC Pool Members,
Summer 2024 is just around the corner and pool membership is now open!
We’ve been busy during the off season. As you can see, we invested in a new website and online membership system bringing us into the digital age. This will help us reduce the cost of mass mailings, printing of gate tags, better communication through email blast, an online calendar for pool hours & events, streamline checking in and out of the pool, online surveys, online registration for swim lessons or events, & so much more.
You’ll have access to your account so you can make sure we have accurate, up to date contact & address information, who’s on your account, when you paid, how much you paid, how many Guest Pass Credits you have. You’ll have the option to buy online Guest Pass Credits, that don’t expire, to speed up check in and avoid holding up the line. Payments can be made with a credit card or an ACH payment (eCheck/ bank transfer). No more mailing in checks and forms!
Please bear with us these next few weeks as we work out all the kinks. We are still working on adding all our upcoming events to the calendar, a list of available Employment Opportunities with an Online Application Process, a News section, a FAQ section, a Sponsorship section to support those that support us, migrating our BLUE MARLINS swim team site over, an online shop where you can purchase Amity AC merchandise, and so much more!
After this letter, there is a brief survey for you to fill out that helps us ensure your data transferred over correctly, it’s up to date, and who the “Member of Record” or billing contact will be for your account. Once completed, we’ll review your information, and an email will be with login credentials to access your new account.
Enough about the off season. Let’s talk about what’s coming up this season!
Memorial Day weekend kicks off the start of our pool season! We’ll be opening our gates from 12pm-8pm on Friday, May 24th. We’ll be open, 12pm-8pm, through Monday, May 27th for the Memorial Day Holiday!
To celebrate the Memorial Day holiday, we will be opening to the public, Monday, May 27th from 12pm – 4pm so the community can enjoy our facility and see all we have to offer. **$5 per person, for non-members.
We will open daily from 12pm – 8pm beginning Friday, June 7th (DBSD Last Day of School) through Sunday, August 26th. We will reopen for Labor Day weekend (Friday, August 30th – Monday, September 2nd).
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
As a volunteer organization, we are always looking for help planning and coordinating events at the pool for our members and the community. We are trying hard to bring back game days, movie nights, teen nights, and other fun activities. 2024 UPDATES
To keep up with the increased cost of chemicals, services, and labor, we have raised some fees slightly. Renew your membership online, on or before April 30th, to receive the early bird rate!
